We keep this simple: we collect only what's needed to deliver your order and understand how the store is used. We never sell your data.
What we collect and why
When you place an order
- Name, email address, phone number - to deliver your license key and contact you about your order (legal basis: contract performance).
- Order contents and totals - for delivery, invoicing and our legal bookkeeping obligations.
- IP address and country - for fraud prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest).
When you browse the store
- Anonymous usage analytics - pages viewed, products clicked, searches, session length, browser/OS type, screen size, referrer and approximate country (derived from your IP, which is not stored in analytics data). Visitors are identified only by a random identifier; we cannot link analytics to your name or email. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the store.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting of personal data - ever.
- No third-party advertising trackers (no Google/Facebook pixels).
- No marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
How long we keep data
- Order data: as long as required by tax and bookkeeping law.
- Analytics events: rotated automatically; older raw events are periodically archived or deleted.
- Support emails: up to 2 years after the case is closed.
Where data is stored
On our web server hosted within data-protection-compliant infrastructure, with access restricted to store administration. Analytics and order data are not accessible from the public web.
