Terms & conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of keykiwi.com ("KeyKiwi", "we", "us") and every purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept these terms. Contact: support@keykiwi.com.
2. What we sell
We sell digital software licenses (product keys and activation codes) sourced from authorized distribution channels. Product names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners; KeyKiwi is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the software vendors.
3. Ordering & delivery
- Orders are placed through the checkout on this site. You must provide a correct email address - the checkout asks you to confirm it because delivery is by email only.
- Delivery is normally instant (within minutes of order confirmation). In rare cases of manual verification it can take up to 24 hours.
- By choosing instant digital delivery you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately, and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right lapses once delivery has begun (see our refund policy).
4. Prices & payment
- All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Displayed discounts compare against vendor list prices or typical retail prices.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors; in that case you'll be offered the correct price or a full refund before delivery.
5. License use
- One license activates the number of devices stated in the product name or description.
- Licenses are for end use; resale of keys purchased here is not permitted.
- You are responsible for meeting the vendor's system requirements before purchase - ask us if you're unsure.
6. Guarantee & refunds
Every order is covered by our activation guarantee: if your key does not activate and our support cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. Full details in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably - just talk to us first.
