Our activation guarantee
Every key we sell is covered by a simple promise: if your key doesn't activate, we fix it or refund you in full. No forms, no fine print, no restocking nonsense. Just contact us with your order ID and a description (a screenshot of the error helps), and we'll take it from there.
In practice, most activation issues are resolved within minutes - a typo in the key, the wrong product edition installed, or a regional setting. If we can't make it work, you get your money back.
When a refund is issued
- Key doesn't activate and our support can't resolve it - full refund.
- Wrong product purchased and the key has not been viewed or used - tell us within 14 days and we'll exchange it or refund you.
- Duplicate order by mistake - full refund of the duplicate.
When a refund is not possible
- The key has been successfully activated - at that point the license is consumed and cannot be resold or returned, like any unwrapped software.
- The product doesn't suit your hardware even though the requirements were stated on the product page (contact us first - we can often suggest the right edition instead).
Your EU withdrawal right
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right lapses once delivery has begun with your express consent - which you give at checkout when you choose instant email delivery. This is the standard arrangement for digital license stores. Your activation guarantee above is unaffected and goes beyond what the law requires.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
